BALLET : BACK to the Bar: 

Love ballet and what it does for your body but somehow got away from it for a while? Get back with this three week/once a week re-intro to  this beautiful, stress reducing art form. Yes, it is stress reducing and FUN.

3-D YOGA w/ Ron:

Want to know what YOGA can do for you? Join Ron Gracilla for this introduction to the three components of Yoga: Body, Breath and Brain. Learn the basics and come away with an easy flow to use at home to continue the exploration or prepare you for a structured class in the Fall schedule.

INTRO TO BALLET FOR ADULTS:

Do you see the Ballet 1 and Adult Ballet classes on the Walnut Lodge schedule and feel the body pulled toward them but find the mind afraid of the consequences??? Fear no more! This class covers the basics so that in the Fall, you can fearlessly walk into the Ballet Class for Adults and enjoy the amazing benefits it has to offer!

INTRO TO MARTHA GRAHAM MODERN DANCE TECHNIQUE; 

This modern dance form is 100 years old and still relevant. The genius of its creator, Martha Graham, has been proven over and over by the results of her technique on the human body. Improve your core, balance, leg and arm strength, mental connection and memory all while having a lot of fun with others!! If you’re  curious, give this two day intro to the work a go, you will not be disappointed.
